"For more than a decade, our close partnership with the National Alliance for Hispanic Health (The Alliance) has helped shape the health and wellness of thousands of children and families in Latino communities across New York City. Our signature event, ¡Vive Tu Vida! Get Up! Get Moving! provides free health screenings and education, but the significance extends beyond this one day; together with The Alliance we are starting a conversation around lifestyle choices within a community that still faces great disparities in health, and encouraging positive changes that will affect generations to come.
